Ishiya is a confectionery manufacturer and company headquartered in Sapporo, Hokkaido. In addition to selling Hokkaido-limited products including the famous Hokkaido confectionery "Shiroi Koibito," its theme park "Shiroi Koibito Park," operated by a related company, is visited by tourists from within and outside Japan.
